Treasure Coast Paranormal

Treasure Coast Paranormal

Founded in 2008 by Danny Vinson, TCP has been on track to become the most active Paranormal group in the area.  TCP is based out of Vero Beach, Fl and serves all areas in Indian River, St Lucie, Brevard and Okeechobee counties.  But of course, we would be glad to investigate in any area in Florida!

About the Founder:

Danny has been involved in Paranormal investigations for over 5 years, and recently founded TCP.  Danny is a Certified Paranormal Investigator, Certified Lead Paranormal Investigator and is a Basic graduate of Demonology.  Danny greatly enjoys the paranormal field, and is dedicated to making sure what people fear is a ghost, isn't just a wild imagination.

Do Ghosts Exist?

Many people ask this question, all I can tell you is this:  Nobody knows what really happens when we die.

Some people believe we go to heaven, others believe we have to cross over to do that.  Still others believe we are reincarnated when we die, and come back to learn more about being good spirits.  Whatever your belief is, you have to admit that there is some  connection between the strange things that happen, and the deceased.

Do you get rid of ghosts?

We are not ghostbusters, we are a Paranormal Investigation team, and our main goal is to determine, with scientific knowledge, the latest equipment, and our skepticism, if there is a paranormal problem.  Depending on how severe the problem is, we can recommend what to do, as in having the house blessed.

What equipment do you use?

Our team uses a variety of proven tactics to verify paranormal activity.  Our main arsenal includes EMF (Electromagnetic Field) meters, Digital and Analog voice recorders, Data Logging equipment and ambient and laser temperature sensors, just to name a few things.

What is the difference between a ghost hunt and an investigation?

Very simply, a ghost hunt is going to a place that has never had a report of paranormal activity.  An Investigation is exactly that, an investigation into the report of activity in an area or building.

What kinds of hauntings are there?

There are generally 2 types of spirits you may encounter.  One was a human at one time and it has remained on this level for some reason.  It may not know it's dead, may be held here by unfinished business, guilt, etc.  These spirits are like the person was when they were alive, so they could be good or bad, just like the living, but not normally dangerous.  This human spirit is the type you will encounter 95% of the time.  You could also witness a residual haunting which is just a playback of a past event.  This is just like watching a video from the past playing over and over.  The other type of spirit you may encounter were never human and are generally bad news.  You must be aware of  this type but not obsessed with them, the chances that you will encounter them in a regular ghost hunt are slim.  I have experienced both types and I just want to make you aware of their existence.  So be aware and protect yourself and you should have no problem.

Do you believe orbs are paranormal, or just photographic goofs?

As with anything that deals with the paranormal, it would seem it depends on who you talk to about this subject.  Most people in this field would be split down the middle, those who believe it is paranormal, and those that don't.  We at TCP are in the middle, we don't believe all orbs are paranormal, but some are hard to explain, no matter what factors you put into the equation.  Orbs are believed by some to be the energy being drawn into a certain area by a spirit trying to manifest itself.  No matter what you believe, everything has a place when it comes to investigating the unknown, no matter what may be the cause.  It is the job of our Investigators to determine what is paranormal, and what is dust, water, dirt, or other photographic causes of orbs.
